  • embroidered silk
the centre decorated with a full-frontal gold dragon clutching a flaming pearl, flanked by four ferocious dragons in different poses, all leaping amongst interlinked floral medallions reserved on a pale yellow ground, the rim similarly decorated and the back covered in pale rusty-red silk embroidered with medallions

Condition

The cushion is in generally good condition, but to the front panel, there is a 1.5cm horizontal split to the left hand side two thirds of the way up. There is also an area of fraying to the similar part of the right hand side and to several areas to the top. There is also several areas of fraying and repair to the centre top surface down to the side.
