From his exile in Guernsey, Victor Hugo authorizes a "young talent" to publish in Pelletier's magazine, two of his poems ("Vieille Chanson du Jeune temps" published in "Contemplations" and "Saison des Semailles. Le Soir" published in "Les Chansons des rues et des bois").
