Florence Marryat, two letters, one to Oscar Wilde, praising a sonnet and discussing the possible publication of other works, and one to Lady Wilde, 6 pages, 8vo, London, 22 September 1875 and 4 June n.y.; Canon John Gray, the inspiration for Dorian Gray, three letters, two typed, 5 pages, 8vo, 1 February 1931-33; Max Beerbohm, to Mr Carter, explaining that "I rate Oscar Wilde's writings infinitely higher than James Agate does", 1 page, 8vo, London, 6 May 1947; Charles Ricketts, 11 letters and postcards, comprising three letters and four postcards to T.S. Moore and his wife, personal and friendly letters asking for the return of a manuscript, on a visit to Germany, on acting as godfather to their son, and describing the beauty of flowers, 9 pages, 1914-30 where dated, two postcards to his partner Charles H.
