circular, the lid and base overlaid with a richly-chased scrollwork enclosing putti, birds and flowers, the white enamel collar inscribed: Rien d'agréable loin de vous between gold flourishes, the rim with French prestige discharge mark of Henri Clavel

One tendril of gold lacking on lid at 7 o'clock; slight crimping along rim of base
