  • SILVER
  • larger 7cm., 2 3/4in. high
bell shaped on rim foot, inscribed 'RENÉ MARTIN A LAVAL,' maker's mark only struck four times; and another, bell-shaped example, initialled LH, Guillaume Pigeron, Paris, 1762

Minor bruises, Chateau Gonthie with erasure, barely visible, Paris example minor spotting in base of inside, but condition generally good, marks reasonable
