the shaped circular dish with applied ribbon-bound reeded border, the domed cover with detachable cast leafy twig handle, the dish stamped: 'HUNT & ROSKELL LATE STORR & MORTIMER 8968,' both engraved with the Crewe crest, the cover also with a motto; the crested wirework lampstand on three openwork supports
