Description

  • SILVER, GLASS
  • the stand, 29cm., 11 1/2 in. high; the funnel, 12cm., 4 3/4in. high
square, openwork sides applied with Crewe monogram and arms below an earl's coronet, the handle forming the date 1899, bun feet, with four square glass decanters with stoppers, each engraved with a different family crest and motto, the underside of the stand stamped: 'R & S GARRARD & CO HAYMARKET . LONDON'; and a silver wine funnel, beaded, detachable stem, engraved with a crest, maker's mark WS, London, 1785
