the porcelain dish, painted in delftware style in manganese with flowering prunus branches issuing from rockwork, the underside with pseudo-Chinese symbol and four sprigs, the delftware pair, Delamain's, The World's End Pottery, painted with the 'Chinese Flower-bowl' pattern, the centre with a bowl issuing flowers inside a border scattered with four groups of flowers and Precious Objects, the underside painted with three 'Chinese Sprigs',
Condition
The porcelain dish has some surface scratching, and there is some staining to the front side.
The two delft ware dishes are in generally good condition, one dish has a small rim chip.

Catalogue Note
The porcelain body of the dish does have some similarities to those produced in Liverpool, and Delft-type decoration does appear on rare examples. A Samuel Gilbody bowl painted in the 'Dragon pattern', also in manganese, is illustrated by Bernard Watney, Liverpool Porcelain, 1997, p.59, fig.227.
