together with a portrait of a gentleman in armour, watercolour and gold on vellum, gilt-metal frame - 43 by 35 mm; 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 in.; 51 by 43 mm; 2 by 1 1/2 in.
Condition
The enamel has a hairline crack which runs across the sitter's lawn collar. The colours in the portrait of a gentleman wearing armour are well preserved. Some of the pigment has been lost.
