Condition
One of the watercolors holds two small stains in the sky.
Minor red dots are scattered on each of the watercolors, as well as light marks from an old framing, on some sides.

Catalogue Note
Le duc de Lévis faisait partie de l'entourage du Comte de Chambord lorsqu'il partit pour son périple à Rome et Naples entre 1839 et 1840. Ils passèrent par l'empire austrohongrois. La duchesse de Lévis se joignit à son mari et exécuta probablement ces aquarelles durant leur séjour.
