FR : Bon état général.
Egratignures, tâches et décoloration du bois sur le plateau. Un angle du plateau se déboite légèrement.
Petits chocs et enfoncements sur les arêtes et quelques petits éclats de placage.
Petits chocs et éclats sur le piètement, particulièrement le long des arêtes et des parties saillantes.
Quelques petites restaurations sur le plateau.

Waldemar-George, journaliste et homme de lettres d'origine polonaise, est l'un des critiques d'art les plus influents de l'entre-deux guerres. Fervent défenseur de la modernité dans l'art et des arts décoratifs, il publie de nombreux articles, préfaces de livres ou de catalogues d'exposition. Secrétaire général de la revue "l'Amour de l'Art", dirigée par Louis Vauxelles, il est proche de nombreux artistes tel Robert Delaunay et de collectionneurs influents tels Paul Guillaume et le docteur Barnes.
Waldemar-George, a polish journalist and scholar, was one of the most influential art critics of the inter-war period. A staunch proponent of modernity in the arts and in the decorative arts, he published numerous articles, book forewords and exhibition catalogues. Secretary general of the journal “l’Amour de l’Art”, run by Louis Vauxelles, he was close to many artists such as Robert Delaunay and to influential collectors such as Paul Guillaume and the doctor Barnes.
