Catalogue Note

A member of the Blacksmiths' Company, together with his former master, Robert Grinkin (see lot 7), Edmund Bull was one of the 1622 Petitioners for a Clockmakers’ Company, but for some reason did not become a member when the Company was founded in 1631.
