In this episode, Homer starts up a snow plowing business that he calls, "Mr. Plow." It is a huge success and for his efforts, he is even presented a key to the city by Mayor Quimby. Barney Gumble, jealous of Homer's success, starts his own snow plowing company that he calls "Plow King" and strives to put Homer out of business.
