Small abrasions the wood in the upper left corner of the plaque. Green patina is present on the lower right edge of the copper plaque surface, as well as over the words, "award," "contest," and "Simon." Fingerprints are visible on the plaque's copper surface. On the reverse, adhesive residue is present. Certificate is in good condition with minor edge wear.
