Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges including minor areas of loss at the upper left, lower left and lower right corners and along the top edge, all obscured by the top matte. The colors are extremely bright, fresh and clean. The collaged element is stable. There are pinpoint media accretions throughout, likely from the time of execution. There is a pinpoint area of loss towards the lower edge just left of center. Under close inspection, there are light abrasions along the edges where the frame meets the board and there is very minor hairline craquelure in the thickly painted navy blue area in the upper left quadrant. Under raking light, a few scattered and unobtrusive light abrasions are visible. Framed under Plexiglas.
