Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The edges of the sheet are deckled. The edges of the sheet have discolored slightly with age and there is evidence of light staining along the right edge. There is a slight undulation to the sheet, inherent to the artist's working method. There are three noticeable abrasions to the sheet: a 4-inch abrasion across the black forms just left of center; a 3-inch abrasion at the bottom of the black form on the right; a 4-inch vertical abrasion in the pink area to the right of the X form in the upper left quadrant. There is light evidence of foxing. The sheet is hinged verso to the matte at each corner. Framed under Plexiglas.
