Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. Upon close inspection, there is a light surface soiling to the sheet along the edges and in some of the painted areas. Also under close inspection, there are some areas of stable craquelure where the medium has been applied thickly, which has led to a few pinpoint areas of loss: at the lower right corner, in the yellow-painted form along the right edge approximately 4ΒΌ-inches from the top, and in the blue-painted area approximately 5-inches from the top and 2-inches from the right edge. The colors are bright, fresh and clean. The sheet is hinged verso intermittently along the top half of the sheet to the matte. Framed under Plexiglas.
