Condition

This work is in very good and sound condition overall. All elements are accounted for and separate from the tile shelves. There is hairline cracking throughout the tile grout and evidence of faint scattered surface accretions to the tile. There is light wear and soft creases to the vinyl. There are minor surface abrasions to the steel element, particularly along the top of the base and light wear throughout.
