Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The colors are bright, fresh and clean. There is evidence of light wear and including some areas of white abrasions along the edges where the canvas has come into contact with its frame and faint handling marks visible particularly along the right edge. The upper turning edge exhibits evidence of light surface soiling. Under very close inspection there is a minor and unobtrusive pinpoint brown spot accretion to the left of the figure’s hair and another faint and unobtrusive brown pinpoint spot accretion in the purple of the figure’s hair. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
