Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although there are fewer magenta undertones and the blue is brighter in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are a few folding creases to the fabric. Extremely close inspection reveals a few pinprick-sized media accretions isolated in places, some faint discolouration to some of the extreme outer edges, and some extremely fine, short and stable hairline cracks in a few isolated places to some of the painted stripes. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
