The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is lighter in the original.

Unexamined out of its frame, this work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached verso to the backing mount in several places. There are minor irregularities to the left edge. Close inspection reveals a few thin and unobtrusive cracks as well as some areas of tiny specs of loss.
