Description

  • mahogany, gilt-bronze
  • 73cm. high, 348cm. extended, 138cm. deep; 2ft. 4 ¾in., 11ft. 5in., 4ft. 6¼in.
with 'D' shaped ends, the squared frieze rails on gilt-bronze-mounted turned tapering  legs, with one detachable leaf of a later date

Condition

In overall good conserved condition. Old very minor marks, chips and some scratches with a few deeper scratches, which could be re-polished and significantly improved. There is some very minor patches to the top comprising one small circular and rectangular patch but these are hardly noticeable. Some tarnishing to the sabots which can easily be cleaned up. The later leaf is has white polish residue and is a slightly different colour to the rest.
