Description

  • 24.5ins high
of ovoid form, set with a pair of gilt animal mask handles, decorated with bats, shou character and precious objects amongst floral scrolls, all reserved on a yellow ground, with a wooden stand

Condition

There are general enamel wear, surface scratchings and minor glaze firing imperfections. The exterior with patches of kiln sand adhesion. The gilding at the rim is rubbed. There is minor fritting to the rim.
