- 128.5cm. high, the tops 43cm. diameter; 4ft. 2½in., 1ft. 5in.
with later circular white marble tops above foliate carved friezes and foliate scrolled uprights headed with gilt-metal lion masks around a central fluted column, on three cast-iron lion paw feet, decoration apparently original
Condition
These very decorative torcheres are in country house condition. The marble tops with chips and scratches. Overall with small losses to gilt-gesso and painted decoration and some small losses to carved detail. The base of one with two age cracks/break?? that may require attention. The ebonised metal paw feet with typical scuffs and scratches. Overall may benefit from a clean according to taste.
