after models by J. J. Kändler, one depicting a youth sowing seed held in his apron with a sack of further seed behind him, his companion figure of a young woman selling fish, crossed batons marks in underglaze-blue, impressed numerals,

Condition

In overall good conserved condition. The gilt bronze is dirty and would benefit from a light clean according to taste. The figures would benefit from being secured to the gilt-bronze bases as there is evidence of old glue. There are a couple of leaves attached to the bases by screws with are slightly lose and would benefit from being tightened up.
