Condition
Overall the condition of the terracottas is good with some dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some particular dirt to the man's beard and his turban at the back. There is minor wear to the polychromy, in particular to the man's ears and his proper right shoulder. One of the pearls on the woman's necklace is lost. There are minor losses to one of the woman's flower-shaped dress fastenings on each side. There is a small loss to the corner of the woman's proper right sleeve. There is a dent to the back of the woman's base at the top, and there are a few chips and abrasions to the bottom of the base.
