Condition
Oil on board. Not viewed unframed.The board appears stable. There are some very minor areas of reticulation, most apparent towards the lower central area of the composition. There are several very minor flecks of paint loss, most apparent in the upper left and right quadrants, and to the right of the tallest lamp-post. There is some studio detritus and surface dirt across the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
The work is housed in a painted wood and plaster frame.
