Condition
This decorative pair of mirrors have been re-gilt. Gesso with chips and losses; gilding with rubbing and losses. Split to frame. Re-paired eagle. Age cracks to gesso. Mirror plate with some light foxing. Restored cracks to carving. One with an age crack with some lifting and subsequent losses to left side of frame. One of the pair with chipped loss to carved detail.
