Condition
This screen is in unrestored condition and will require stabilization. There are fractures to the hinge sites and losses to these areas. Exposing under paint and timber. The metal hinges are in poor condition. The surface is tired and dirty and there are areas of re-touching, lifting and losses. See catalogue image for the condition of the far left panel which has areas of significant loss.
This piece is very atmospheric but will require restoration and stabilization.
