comprenant: une petite boîte à miniature en écaille et laque jaune, les montures en or, la miniature représentant un enfant jouant au bilboquet, vers 1780, diam. 4.8cm., 1 7/8 in.; trois petits médaillons d'ivoire sur feuille métallique dans un cadre en or, représentant des enfants assis auprès d'un arbre, vers 1780, diam. 4cm., 1 1/2 in; une petite boîte ronde en écaille teintée à décor piqué et posé d'un panier de fleurs sur un fond d'étoiles, vers 1900, diam. 6.3cm., 2 1/2 in; un étui à cigarettes en écaille à monture en or, un décor en or et argent posé représentant deux cartouches ornés du monogramme PH timbré d'une couronne de comte, vers 1900, long. 14cm., 5 1/2 in; une boîte ronde en ivoire, ornée d'une miniature décorative représentant Mme de Grignan (1646-1705), fille de Mme de Sévigné, signée E. Brindeau, XIXe siècle, diam. 6.5cm., 2 1/2 in; et une boite en écaille blonde, vers 1900, diam. 6.9cm., 2 3/4 in
Condition
1. lacquer cracked and some wear, part of gold mount missing around lid and box, miniature in good order
2. miniatures in good order, some wear to green border and foil paper on back,
3. overall good condition
4. crack to rim, wear to ornament
5. miniature re-glued in lid. ill-fitting
6. some losses to rim of lid.
