Condition

The illustration is accurate. Good overall condition despite the inevitable minor scratches and marks due to age and use. There are some vertical shrinkage cracks on the panels. One drawer is missing. The marble tops are slightly scratched as expected. The brass mouldings are slightly tarnished. The feet are possibly later and the pieces were probably conceived without any feet, but only with the plinth. The small wooden handles of the inner drawers are chipped. Very elegant pieces with a very nice construction quality.
