Condition

On the naked eye : The painting is in an overall good condition. It is painted on a prepared panel (fabrics pieces and pieces of canvas at the back) which is very characteristic of the end of 18th century circa 1780-1820. On the pictorial surface, we can notice in the center at the green background several open cracks which does not alter the lecture of the painting. We cannot notice any restoration on the naked eye. The pictural material is perfectly stable. Under UV light: We notice some restorations in the trees in the upper parts, in the sky ; some restorations around the sculpture, on the right and a few restorations on the lower left to fill some open cracks.
