On the naked eye : The painting is in a very good condition. It has been relined a long time time ago, probably at the end of the 19th century. It has been thoroughly made and has not flatten the material. It has also been recently cleaned, thoroughly made preserving the material. We can notice several cracks a little visible but is does not alter the lecture of the composition. Under UV lamp : The painting appears under a green varnish, partially removed on the still life elements. We can notice some restorations in the background; in the melon and around it. some light restorations in the grapes and around the white flowers, aound the amphora.
