Description

  • celadon jade
of compressed globular form, carved with three chilong clambering on the sides and encircling the rounded rim, the body carved with cloud scrolls in shallow relief, with a flat foot and countersunk base, the stone of pale celadon color with russet and white inclusions

Condition

The ear of one chilong has been polished. There is a small chip to the rim, and minor nicks to the edges.
