of cylindrical form, carved and pierced with a continuous scene of immortals and attendants engaged in various pursuits amongst pine and gourd vines in a rocky landscape, three enjoying a scroll painting, another with a crane, and another walking along rocky paths with his attendant and a crane in flight above, with a carved and reticulated spinach green jade stand (2)

Collection of Robert von Hirsch, prior to 1977, thence by descent.

Condition

There is a chip to the inner rim, and a fissure on the rim approximately 1 in. (2.5 cm) long. There is a chip to one pine tree and scattered nicks to the extremities overall.
