the shallow, rounded sides rising to a lipped rim, painted with a central medallion containing a dragon pursuing a 'flaming' pearl among fiery clouds, repeated with two dragons on the exterior, picked out in green enamel with black detailing, the base with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue

Condition

The dish is in overall good condition. The rim is very slightly warped and there is a green glaze flake to the upper band around the inner rim, a small glaze flake to the outer rim and light wear to the enamels in the center.
