each with deep rounded sides rising to an everted rim, finely painted around the exterior with a variety of mythical animals striding above tempestuous waves, the interior similarly decorated with winged elephant against waves, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark arranged in two columns

Condition
The two bowls are in overall good condition. There are some expected typical minor imperfections, including a pale iron spot to the interior of one, small gaps in the glaze or firing specks to the base.
