finely carved in the round as two peaches, one pomegranate and one finger-citron borne on gnarled branches issuing clusters of leaves, the surface of a warm salmon-pink colour
Condition
Many of the natural pittings have been filled in. Except for some typical nicks to the extremities and a later added metal fitting, the overall condition is quite good. The actual colour is warmer than the catalogue illustration.
