the scabbard slide of rectangular form, neatly carved in low relief with geometric C-shaped scroll designs, the stone of a pale brown colour, the bangle carved on the sides with a low-relief inscription and set a pair of floral metal fittings

Condition

There is a wedged section to one of the extremities of the scabbard slide with is cracked and has been stabilized with an old glue. The bangle has been broken into two halves and held together with the floral metal fittings. The actual colours are more greenish and less pink compared to the catalogue illustration.
