Description

  • jade
carved recumbent wearing a simple apron leaving his bottom bare, holding a billowing spray of lingzhi in his hands, wood stand

Condition

The figure is glued to its wood base and would need to be detached from it in order to inspect the bottom section. There are some expected occasional tiny nibbles or minor nicks to the edge of the carving on the visible part, but overall the figure appears to be in good condition. The actual colour is somewhat warmer and slightly tinged to celadon, less pinkish yellow when compared to the catalogue illustration.
