Pile generally low to knotheads overall with areas showing spot foundation and pile in border better, near original 1/8 inch and light blues oxidized to knotheads. Scattered repiling throughout, reweaves in corners---all well executed and only visible on reverse. Reselvaged, ends secured with binding stitch. Sound fabric. Restored for use. Please note that a license may be required to export textiles, rugs and carpets of Iranian origin from the United States. Clients should enquire with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding export requirements.
