Condition
Pile ranges from approximately 1/8 inch in borders with most of rug low to knotheads; horizontal foldwear with some repiling, particularly along right side. original two cord selvages with some rebuilding and later overcasting. Upper end with small losses to end guard stripe, lower end missing end guard stripe; surface dirt---should enhance with cleaning. Very supple handle, lustrous wool, sound fabric and condition.
