Condition

The canvas has been lined. There is minor hairline craquelure more visible to the left of the composition. Ultra-violet light reveals small scattered spots of retouching, notably along the craquelure in the sky and in the foliage to the right. The painting is in good condition and is ready to hang. Presented in a decorative gilt frame.
