In overall good conserved condition. There are some old very minor chips and areas of infill especially along the rear edge of the marble top. Evidence of old very minor woodworm which appears to be no longer active. There are some old minor losses to the veneer and some very minor restorations which are not too noticeable as these have been well executed. On the drawers there is evidence of previous mounts. There is some minor lifting of the veneer on the rear left leg when facing. The chutes are more orange in colour than the other gilt bronze mounts.
