Condition
The sheet is not laid down but the reverse of the sheet has been hinged to the mount at the upper corners. There are traces of old adhesive on the reverse at the corners. This work is in good overall condition and is ready to hang.
Presented in a blue mat and a decorative gilt frame under glass.

Catalogue Note
An oil painting with the same title and dated 1860 is in the collection of the Wien Museum Karlsplatz (inv. nr. 17.594.). Rudolf von Alt first travelled to Regensburg in 1852 and visited on many other occasions.
