Condition
The panel has been cradled and there are two superficial vertical scratches, one circa 3 cm from the upper left edge and one circa 9 cm from the upper right edge, which could be associated to the cradling. The picture has a pattern of minor hairline craquelure, notably in the hair of the girl. Ultra-violet light reveals areas of retouching notably in the lower left corner, along the girl's neck, and along the entire right side scratch mentioned above, particularly towards the upper edge. Other scattered spots of retouching are visible, notably in the girl's hair and dress. The picture is in otherwise good condition.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame.
