the octagonal dish brightly enamelled to the interior with the arms of Russell within a gilt spearhead band at the cavetto and four floral sprays at the rim

Christie's (according to paper label).
Condition
There are two small chips to the rim of the dish, and one noticeable iron spot in the central well. Otherwise the dish is in overall good condition.
