Description

  • porcelain
each brightly enamelled to the interior with a peony medallion encircled at the rim by floral sprays and seed pods flanking cartouches alternately enclosing a fish or an eagle

Condition

The dishes are in good condition with the exception of the larger dish which has four 2cm., hairline rim cracks, a 2.5cm., hairline rim crack, a small rim chip and rubbing to the grisaille decoration; and one of the smaller dishes has a 3.5cm., hairline rim crack.
