with yellow and blue turrets outlined in red, partial narrow ivory border with rosettes, mounted on stretcher

Pile down to knot-bars overall. Cut edges all four-sides. Visible red foundation warps along upper and lower edge of fragment. Fragment attached to linen textile on square stretcher.
