Condition

There is weathering to the surfaces throughout, consistent with placement outdoors. There is also dirt throughout, including black encrusted staining and bird droppings to the tops of the heads and to the shoulders. There are a few old losses, notably to the spikes of one of the women's headdress and the ears of the lion skin on the other woman's head. There are possible losses to the sides of the truncation, where the arms would be, and there are a few holes in these areas. There are further old chips and abrasions to the high points, notably to the edges of the drapery and around the truncations. Otherwise the condition is stable.
